  1. Get proper sleep – Sleep is crucial for our well-being. Lack of sleep affects your performance, emotional well-being, and energy level. It also increases the risk of obesity, fatigue, drowsiness, and forgetfulness. Whereas proper sleep will leave you refreshed. 
  2. Work out till you sweat – Physical exercise improves your health and reduces the risk of several diseases. Regular activity increases the quality of life. There are various benefits of working out daily. It keeps you happy, increases your energy levels, helps you lose weight, helps in relaxation, and reduces the chances of chronic diseases. 
  3. Stay hydrated – Staying hydrated improves your sleep quality, cognition, and mood. Water helps muscles and joints work better, may help in weight loss, and can prevent headaches. Hydration also has an effect on energy levels and brain functions and keeps your skin glowing, healthy and clear.
  4. Eat healthy throughout the day – A healthy diet includes various fruits, vegetables, whole grains, starches, food fats, and lean proteins. Eating healthy also means avoiding foods with a high amount of sugar and salt. The main benefit of eating healthy is that it helps in weight loss. It also manages diabetes, strengthens bones and teeth, and prevents strokes. 
  5. Meditate – Meditate for at least 15 minutes daily. Meditation plays a vital role in mental and emotional well-being. It helps in reducing stress, control anxiety, enhancing self-awareness and lengthening attention span. It also helps to improve sleep, control pain, and generating kindness.
